I'm Michael Garcia, also known as Mortgage Mike. I help first-time homebuyers across Florida get clear on their numbers and confident about their path to homeownership.

My focus is strategy first. We look at your income, debts, credit, and savings so you know exactly what you can afford, which loan options fit, and what to do next. No jargon, no pressure. Just straight answers.

I'm a UCF graduate, born and raised in Central Florida. I'm sponsored by Equity Smart Home Loans, Inc. and I serve families statewide with deep roots in Orange, Lake, Osceola, Seminole, and Polk counties. When I'm not helping clients build their game plans, I'm with family. Dad, husband, and proud to serve this community.
